Gold membership in Cargo Tree includes a special benefit program designed to safeguard members’ interests during payment disputes arising from business transactions. The program operates under these terms:

1. Members are encouraged to select Gold membership at registration for coverage by this program.

2. The Gold membership entails an annual non-refundable fee of USD 500, concurrent with the membership term.

3. Members facing payment disputes can seek resolution from the designated executive committee.

4. Disputes must be between members of the same category; otherwise, claims are dismissed.

5. Payment disputes must be reported within 90 days of the billing date.

6. Members must attempt all other settlement methods before approaching the executive committee and provide supporting documentation.

7. The executive committee will initiate recovery efforts upon claim receipt.

8. If recovery fails, Cargo Tree will compensate affected members up to 60% of the disputed amount or USD 10,000, whichever is lower.

9. Defaulting members will lose their basic membership and be reported to the global freight recovery team for further action.
